Submission requirements are presented for publications, charts and photos, file setup, videos, and accessibility features. The publishing process addresses initial review, production, OVC/DOJ approval, and dissemination. Product types commonly published by OVC are brochures, bulletins, fact sheets, guides, multimedia, public awareness kits, reports, and training curricula. Writing tips are attentive to grammar, an efficient use of words, and references/endnotes. Guidelines for the development of an e-pub include discussions of pages for scanning, brevity, the organization of information, and the development of a keyword list. Guidelines for producing a video pertain to pre-production, filming, and editing. Copyright and policy requirements are outlined.
