Ask a Specialist
Why did I receive a message saying "Your membership to JUSTINFO has been put on hold"?
This occurs when a JUSTINFO email message is either bounced by an email system (for instance, when an out of office message is received for several days in a row) or when the email message could not be delivered at all. When the membership is placed on hold, you will not receive any JUSTINFO messages. To restore the membership status to normal: You may also wish to consult with the individuals responsible for your email system (IT group or ISP) to determine why your email address may be rejecting the message.
