As a companion to its Report to the Nation 2003, OVC has created the OVC Focus On Series to give you a more indepth understanding of the various programs funded in recent years. Each fact sheet in the series offers readers a short but detailed description of specific projects' background, goals, and objectives. The series is based on themes that reflect current OVC priorities and highlights programs that further these priorities. The series will be updated as new programs are developed.
